RETURNS:
You can withdraw from a purchase at any time between the time of purchase and 14 days of receipt of the item. If purchased items have been shipped before Seller or African Shops receives a cancellation request, you will be responsible for the costs of return shipping. Individual items may have an explicit return policy attached to them when listed. See our return policy. However, please check the return advice by Sellers before you buy it. Please note return Policy by Sellers will override this return policy, provided the Seller return policy was clearly shown on the listed item. If you receive an item that is damaged, not the size or color you ordered, or not rationally consistent with the item listing, you are qualified for a refund. We may request some proof of the issue – typically just a photo or two. You can return any items, except Excluded Items, within 14 days of receiving the item. Excluded Items include perishable items, digitally delivered products, or personal health and hygiene products, such as creams, lotions, underwear, and easily contaminated items where the seal has been broken.

REFUNDS:
When returns items are successfully delivered and confirmed by Seller to be in the expected return condition, African Shops will return the item purchase cost and the official shipping fees applied when the order was placed. Any charges incurred for a premium or expedited shipping will not be reimbursed. Refunds will be made back to your original payment method used in the original purchase. African Shops can not refund for items paid for using Cash on Delivery. Sellers will handle cash of Delivery refunds, and African Shops have no liability from any conflict arising for purchases made using Cash on Delivery.
